Identification of nude mice lacking T lymphocytes and ELISA detection of serum TNF-α concentration. (A) Morphological observation of BALB/c mice and BALB/c nude mice. (D) Serum was collected 2 h after i.p. injection of PBS or LPS in BALB/c mice and nude mice, and the serum TNF-α concentration in each group was detected by ELISA.
