Literature analysis found only three proteins in the string network: actin-like 6 protein (ACTL6A), TATA box binding associated factor RNA polymerase 1 B (TAF1B), and fibulin-5 (FBLN5) play important roles in the regulation of cell fate, causing cancer by interacting within the PCNXL2 signaling pathway.
