L02 and HepG2 cells were added to 6-well plates and co-cultured with different concentrations of TiO2 NPs for 48 h, and flow cytometry was used to determine the influence of TiO2 NPs on the cell cycle in L02 and HepG2 cells. (A) The cell cycle in L02 cells underwent no obvious change. (B) The proportion of HepG2 cells in the S phase significantly decreased, whereas that in the G2 phase increased; both exhibited concentration dependence.
