Participants #1, #3, and #4 lost limb fluid volume over the session while participants #2, #5, and #6 gained. Differences are likely a result of participant physiological characteristics. All participants (#1 to #6) demonstrated an increase in limb fluid volume from the intervention (between bout 4 and bout 5), suggesting a common mechanism. However, the changes in both the anterior and posterior regions for participant #4 and the posterior region for participant #5 were less than for other participants.
