Immunogenicity of the SF2a-TT15 preclinical batch. Mice were immunized i.m. three times at a three-week interval, followed by a fourth injection one month later with an equivalent of 2.5 μg or 10 μg of carbohydrate per dose adjuvanted or not with alum. Anti-SF2a LPS IgG titers were measured by ELISA 7 days after the third (S3) and fourth (S4) injection (panels A and B).
