CAIX: The proteoglycan-like domain, PG (residues 53–111, pink); the catalytic domain, CA (residues 137–391, orange); the transmembrane segment, TM (residues) 415–433, yellow) and the intracellular C-terminal domain, CT (residues 434–459, blue)8,10.
