Comparison of serum BDNF, VEGF, bFGF levels before and after treatment between the two groups. A. There were no statistically significant differences in serum BDNF, between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of BDNF, of the two groups were remarkably higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the BDNF of the observation group after treatment were obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). B. There were no statistically significant differences in serum VEGF, between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of VEGF, of the two groups were remarkably higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the VEGF of the observation group after treatment were obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). C. There were no statistically significant differences in serum bFGF, between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of bFGF of the two groups were remarkably higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the bFGF of the observation group after treatment were obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
