p53-mediated ferroptosis can be regulated in diverse ways, including A post-translational modifications; B single-nucleotide polymorphism; C non-coding RNAs; D small molecules, ROS, iron, nutrient, cytokine, waste, and light; and E other proteins. Currently, lots of drugs are demonstrated to affect p53-ferroptosis pathway in distinct disorders, including F tumors; G organ injuries; H degenerative diseases and ageing; and I malaria.
