Lead-induced group: Rat free to drink 200 mg/L lead acetate solution every day; EDTA group: Rat free to drink 200 mg/L lead acetate solution every day and treated with 500 mg/kg (b.w) EDTA every day from 8 to 12 week; L. fermentum SCHY34 group: Rat free to drink 200 mg/L lead acetate solution every day and treated with 1.0 ×109 CFU/kg (b.w) of L. fermentum SCHY34 every day.
