A schematic representation of the constructed multi-epitope vaccine peptide. The peptide sequence was estimated to be 361 amino acids long. The N and C terminals contained grisemylin adjuvants (blue rectangular blocks) used for tuberculosis vaccine constructs. The EAAAK linker (green blocks) joins the adjuvant to the multi-epitope sequence.
