B Utilizing the background-subtracted “expression view” demonstrates Ttr expression predominantly in the choroid plexus. C To confirm the findings from the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas exploration, we searched Ttr on DropViz.org, which shows Ttr to be highly expressed in choroid plexus cell-type clusters #12 and #9 with greater than 15,000 transcripts per 100,000 in clusters. The above inquiry was repeated for Folr1 (DF) and Prlr (GI), which confirms that these genes Ttr, Folr1, and Prlr are predominantly expressed in the choroid plexus. The DropViz.org plots C, F, and I show the regions across the brain in order from greatest to least expression for the top ten regions.
