Force-distance curve parameters follow lognormal distribution for the overall population of 181 cells. Characteristic parameters recorded by SCFS are F_max (A), E_max (B), and D_max (C), which provide information on the adherence of single cells. The lognormal fit parameters are summarized in the tables next to the histograms of individual parameters.
