An Evans Index >0.3 is present in iNPH. (B) Coronal image demonstrating callosal angle, here measured to 68 degrees. Normal callosal angles are greater than 90 degrees, while acute callosal angles occur in iNPH. Disproportionately enlarged subarachnoid space hydrocephalus (DESH) is apparent, as the Sylvian fissures are dilated out of proportion to sulci near the convexity.
