SNX5 promotes ferroptosis in the PD cell model. (a) Infection of PC-12 cells by conventional siRNA and screening the infected fragment with the best knockdown effect by Western blotting. PC-12 cells were infected with SNX5 transfected fragments before being treated with 40 μM 6-OHDA for 24 h. The expression of TH and GPX4 was analyzed using Western blotting (b), and the effect of SNX5 knockdown on MDA (c), GSH/GSSG (d), and Fe²⁺(e) was detect by assay kit.
