Table 5. Correlation between median wMel density in weekly collections of Ae. aegypti and the current and lagged mean daily temperature measured in households in Tri Nguyen and Vinh Luong.

The coefficient is the linear combination of the regression coefficients (and their 95% confidence intervals) for the current and four prior weekly values of mean daily temperatures, interpretable as the (lagged) change in median relative Wolbachia density associated with a one degree increase in mean daily temperature. Standard errors are adjusted for autocorrelation in wMel density.
