Data derived from the COVID-19 pandemic (April 2020–March 2021) are indicated by a grey background. Japan and Cuba reported national MRMp surveillance data (Table 4). Macrolide resistance determination in Switzerland was performed only upon request from a physician (in case of clinically suspected MRMp infection).
