The decision curves show the net benefit for patients (vertical axis) when using each prediction model to make the decision regarding extubation at each threshold probability (horizontal axis). These results indicate that extubation decisions based on the POSE model may provide greater benefit than those based on the RSBI model, those based on the Treat-All approach (extubation for all patients), or those based on the Treat-None approach (no extubation).
