Olaparib downregulates and PDD00017273 upregulates the mRNA expression of osteogenic differentiation-related genes. MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with 1 µM olaparib, 1 µM PDD00017273, or DMSO for 0–28 days in differentiation medium. The mRNA expression levels of osteoblast differentiation-related genes were analyzed by qRT-PCR and normalized to the mRNA expression in DMSO-treated cells on day 7 after incubation in differentiation medium.
