Canine osteosarcoma (POS and HMPOS) cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of carboplatin or vehicle (0.1% DMSO), with or without HA15 (1 µM) and OSU-03012 (1 µM). Cell viability was assessed at 72 h using a MTT cell viability assay. Data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism software (GraphPad Software, Inc., San Diego, CA, USA), and EC₅₀ values were determined by nonlinear regression analysis fit to a logistic equation
