Sensorimotor networks mapped by our approach is partially validated by invasive cortical stimulation. For each patient, the hand sensorimotor network was mapped by our individualized parcellation approach, with the confidence map (the ratio between the largest and the second largest correlation values to the reference signals of the 19 networks) indicated by warm colors. Blue dots indicate positive sites of DCS for the hand sensorimotor regions. In all 15 patients with DCS results, DCS positive sites fell within the hand motor networks mapped by our parcellation approach. DCS = direct cortical stimulation.
