^aAmide adducts, thiophenol (3 equiv), tributylamine (3.3 equiv), and dibenzylether (1 equiv, internal standard) were dissolved in the indicated deuterated solvent and placed in a preheated NMR spectrometer. ¹H spectra were collected at regular time intervals, and half-lives were calculated based upon the first order loss of starting material.
