Repeated measure multivariate analysis of repeated measurements (MANOVA) in both groups for the leucocytes, Lymphocytes, Interleukin‐6, Interleukin‐10, Immunoglobulin‐A, and TNF at the baseline, after 2 weeks of the intervention, and 1 week after the study (Follow‐up). Leucocytes, Lymphocytes, and Interleukin‐10 significantly increased in control and intervention groups after the intervention (p < 0.05), and they continued significantly increased for 1‐week follow‐up. After 2 weeks of the intervention, Immunoglobulin‐A and Interleukin‐6 significantly increased in the intervention group (p < 0.05) only, while they non‐significantly increased in the control group (p > 0.05); these results continued the same for 1‐week follow‐up. TNF‐α non‐significantly increased in both groups (p < 0.05), and it continued non‐significantly increased for 1‐week follow‐up.
