Adult patients with CD20‐positive B‐cell lymphoma/leukaemia were recruited at Oslo University Hospital, Akershus University Hospital, Haukeland University Hospital, Stavanger University Hospital, St Olavs University Hospital, and University Hospital of Northern Norway.
