Circ_ROBO2 was overexpressed in serum of CAD patients and ox-LDL-treated CMECs. (A) RT-qPCR was applied to measure the level of circ_ROBO2 in serum samples of CAD patients and healthy controls. (B) The expression of circ_ROBO2 was detected by RT-qPCR in CMECs treated with or without ox-LDL. (C) The expression of circ_ROBO2 was tested in nuclear and cytoplasm fractions. (D) RT-qPCR was carried out to examine the levels of circ_ROBO2 and ROBO2 mRNA with or without RNase R digestion.
