An example of lifespan results from both the RSM and TLM for the same set of experimental conditions: perturbation of either gene of the MML-1::MXL-2 heterodimeric complex shortens lifespan compared to N2 (WT), while perturbation of either component of the opposing MDL-1::MXL-1 complex extends lifespan.
