Table 2. Inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 M^pro by Penicillin V Sulfone Esters.

M^pro inhibition assays were performed using SPE-MS as described in the Experimental Section employing SARS-CoV-2 M^pro (0.15 μM) and a substrate (2.0 μM). Results are means of at least two independent runs, each composed of technical duplicates (n ≥ 2; mean ± SD). Representative dose–response curves are shown in Supporting Information Figure S4.
