Stratum-specific associations are adjusted for previous-day temperature, relative humidity, age, sex, race, height, weight, total pack-year smoking history, season, income, and education. All associations are scaled per interquartile range difference in previous-day pollutant exposure: 3.8 μg/m3 for personal PM2.5, 3.6 μg/m3 for community-level PM2.5, and 4.6 ppb for community-level NO2.
