The development of proteinuria was defined as positive proteinuria (≥1+) by the urine dipstick test. Model 1 included the number of ideal CVH metrics components at the initial health check-up and the change in the number of ideal CVH metrics components. Model 2 included the number of ideal CVH metrics components at the initial health check-up, the change in the number of ideal CVH metrics components, age, and sex.
