Trial registration {2a and 2b}	The study was approved in the Swiss Ethics Committee (BASEC-Nr. 2020-02027). The study is registered in the Swiss Federal Complementary Database (kofam.ch: SNCTP000004051) and in the international trial registry ClinicalTrials.gov (clinicaltrials.gov: NCT04551404). The recruitment of the subjects started on 31 March 2021.
