Working solution BSA-conjugated Palmitate

Reagent	Volume	Resuspend in	Stock concentration
Palmitate 10 mM	100 μL		1 mM
BSA 1 mM	200 μL		0.2 mM
FAO medium		1 mL

Working solution can be kept for few hours at 20°C. It should not be reused afterwards nor frozen for later usage.
