Bray–Curtis dissimilarity of donor samples S1 (A), S2 (B), and S3 (C) prepared with different kits and homogenisation times. Higher similarity was found between samples homogenised for 10 min than for 15- and 20-min homogenisation in S1 (A) and S2 (B) samples. For S3 (C), samples showed a low level of dissimilarity, with 10- and 15-min homogenisation clustering together within the same library preparation kit. 1/2/3 corresponds to 10/15/20 min of homogenisation time.
