IRAK1 was required for AF-mediated IRAK1-TAK1, apoptosis, and mitochondrial fusion in Ox-LDL-induced HUVECs. 100 μM AF and IRAK1-overexpressed plasmid were applied to treat Ox-LDL-processed HUVECs, respectively.
