Three different types of liver cancer cells were treated with different concentrations of I-ATXP (0.125-1 mg/ml) for 24 h and then detected by the AchE method. 0.2 mg/ml 5-Fu was used as a positive control. The experimental data were obtained by averaging at least three independent parallel experiments. *P < 0.05 compared with the blank control, **P < 0.001 compared with the blank control, ***P < 0.0001 compared with the blank control.
