Change in soluble biomarkers over the first 24 weeks among people with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) comparing those enrolled within 30 vs >30 days from estimated date of detectable HIV infection (EDDI) among those who initiated antiretroviral therapy immediately. Longitudinal analysis with generalized estimating equations was performed with biomarkers obtained at baseline (week 0) and at weeks 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 after enrollment, using an interaction term for study week and EDDI group. The shaded area displays 95% confidence intervals around the regression line. CD4, CD8, and viral load are not displayed.
