(b) Medial coronal dual view in a clubfoot. Although the long axis of the calcaneus is oriented lateral to the fifth metatarsal, the talo-calcaneal divergence is decreased. This is due to the long axis of the talus being oriented proportionally further lateral than that of the calcaneus (dotted blue lines).
