(B) Flow cytometry gating strategy to identify human endothelial cells and their production of ICAM-1, isoLG-adducts, and GAS6. (C) Association between GAS6 and ICAM-1 (n=21), (D) ICAM-1 and isoLG-adducts (n=23), and (E) GAS6 and isoLG-adducts (n=21) in endothelial cells from human subjects. Data were analyzed using linear regression and significance computed using two tailed Spearman’s test.
