(A) Alpha diversity (Shannon index) within sample analysis shows that inulin decreased alpha diversity in Sham and CHI, (*p ≤ 0.05). (B) Beta diversity (Bray-Curtis Index) between sample analysis showed that Sham inulin fed mice had a significantly different diversity than Sham control fed mice (Sum of Squares= 0.3417861, R2=0.2355275, F=2.464733, p=0.038). (C) Beta diversity (Bray-Curtis Index) between sample analysis showed that CHI inulin fed mice had a significantly different diversity than CHI control fed mice, (Sum of Squares=0.4846131, R2=0.3702754, F=4.703967, p=0.012).
