Ketamine/Xylazine (K/X) for anesthesia

Ketamine	20 mg/mL	100 mg/mL	200 μL
Xylazine	2 mg/mL	100 mg/mL	20 μL
PBS			Up to 1 mL (780 μL)

The stocks are kept at 20°C–23°C. Prepare the working solution fresh. Inject 5 μL/g (0.1 mg ketamine and 0.01 mg xylazine) mouse.
