(A) High thalamic DVR in a female patient with MS with disability progression during follow-up. The patient was 43 years old at baseline with a disease duration of 8.3 years. Her EDSS score was 6.5 at baseline and 7.0 at follow-up. (B) Low thalamic DVR in a female patient with MS without disability progression during follow-up. The patient was 52 years old at baseline with a disease duration of 9.0 years. Her EDSS score was 6.0 at baseline and 6.0 at follow-up.
