Pregnant dams were injected IM with 50 μl of PBS (n = 3 litters) or 2 μg mRNA-1273 vaccine (n = 5 litters) at E7.5. Maternal serum and pooled fetal serum from each litter were collected at E18.5, 11 days post-treatment. Anti-S and anti-RBD levels were measured by ELISA and antibody concentration was calculated based on a standard curve. Horizontal bars represent mean values.
