Oxford Immunotec T-SPOT assay defines the cut-off for a positive responder as 6 SFU/250 000 PBMCs, which translates to 24 SFU/106 PBMCs. The PITCH ELISpot assay defines the cut-off for a positive responder as 26 SFU/106 PBMCs. This cut-off is calculated from negative control wells as: (mean + 2 SD). The cohort analyzed here is described in Table 1 (naïve and previously infected groups are combined).
