Treatment with DREADD agonists clozapine and JHU (both 0.1 mg/kg, i.p.) suppressed spontaneous seizures in DREADD-expressing mice. A Clozapine significantly suppressed the number of seizures up to 34 h post injection and B JHU up to 26 h post injection.
