Downregulation of FAT1 impairs OSCC proliferation, cell cycle, and stemness, and promoted cell apoptosis. FAT1 knockdown by siFAT1-1 and siFAT1-2 in both HN6 and HN30 was confirmed by qPCR (A) and Western blot (B).
