Variables were summarized with means and standard deviations for continuous variables and with frequencies and percentages for categorical variables overall and by side effect and outcome type. Differences were tested with two-sample t-tests and Fisher’s exact tests, as appropriate. Mood disorders consisted of Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder.
