The ratio of protein levels in the CCV fraction relative to levels in the DFGL fraction (without normalizing to levels in the S0.1 fraction) are presented alongside standard deviation about the mean. For average ratios derived by immunoblotting, n = 3 independent CCV preparations, except for DRP2 (n = 2). For dimethyl labeling values, a dash in the right-hand column indicates the protein was not detected in the labeling datasets. An absence of standard deviation about the mean in the right-hand column indicates the protein was present in only one of two replicates.
