Clinically relevant and dose-dependent biomarker activities of C15:0 (> 98% purity, FA15^TM) at four concentrations ranging from 1.9 to 50 μM. Biomarker activities were annotated when 2 or more consecutive concentrations changed in the same direction relative to vehicle controls, were outside of the significance envelope, and had at least one concentration with an effect size > 20% (|log₁₀ ratio| > 0.1).
