In the upper row (AC), all paired tissue samples had concordant PD-L1 CPS between 1 and 5. In the lower row, discordant PD-L1 CPS was noticed with biopsy CPS = 1–5 (D) vs. resection and lymph node CPS ≥ 20 (E,F).
