Time-killing curves and PAE. (a) Time-killing curves of NZX and P2 against S. agalactiae ACCC 61733. The S. agalactiae cells were treated with NZX and P2 (1×, 2×, or 4× MIC) at 250 rpm and 37 °C for 2 h, respectively.
