TQ treatment diminishes the clonogenic potential of TNBC cells. TQ’s colony formation effects over a prolonged period in MDA-MB-231 (A) and MDA-MB-468 (B) cells were shown by performing a colony formation assay. The TNBC cell lines were allowed to grow for seven days after treatment with 0–50 μM TQ for 3 and 6 h. Graphs were generated showing the relative colony formation ability of TNBC cells treated with TQ compared with controls.
