BA71V infection of VERO. VERO cells were infected with the avirulent BA71V ASFV strain using an MOI of 2, alongside mock-infected controls. At 48 h pi, the cytopathic effect was observed with microscopy (a) and percentages of ASFV late protein p72⁺ cells were assessed using flow cytometry (b).
